Chinar School started its journey in the year 1983, with the aim of providing quality Education to the boys and girls of this area. The students at the school are a chirpy bunch. The teachers have won fame for their enthusiasm and eagerness to innovate and help children. The support staff has managed to maintain the same smile for all visitors throughout the year. And overlooking all of them is the Principal of the school, who carries a faraway look in her eyes for the milestones conquered and the possibilities yet to explore.

Teamwork is the hallmark of Chinar Public School. A committed and supportive management, dedicated teachers, caring and co-operative parents blend harmoniously to create a child-centric school. It is natural to find in this ambience, the intensive use of a variety of thinking activities, strategies and group dynamics so that the class rooms become alive. In such a surrounding when work and effort is valued, the child’s self-esteem is heightened, and from this results self-motivation. We try to understand and work with each child, and we firmly believe that it is our responsibility to enable the child in our care to develop as a whole.

We need to know their world, respect their context and show genuine appreciation of what they bring to classroom. It is our aim to help all students achieve a level of excellence in their chosen field. With our broad curriculum spectrum coupled with system of individual attention to the potential of each student, we expect our students to gain academic excellence of national benchmark. Chinar School lays emphasis on life skill activities, providing students an edge over others to be leaders in their respective field of activity. Through life skills programme, we aim to develop a cadre of empowered, educated and healthy adolescents, capable of making decisions in life.

In addition, students are engaged to take advantage of the many resources available to them-their teachers, the library, the computer labs and the technology enabled smart classes. Our sports facilities provide our students the launching pad to hone their talents and make a mark in a variety of sport disciplines.

There is a time to work, and time to play….

I can be a hard taskmaster – and I don’t mind being that. There is time to work, and schools are meant to impart education and to design learning environments. We added new facility of Mobile App in addition to school website and Phonics Software specially developed for better communication between all stake holders, i.e. Principal, Teachers, Parents and Students will be much easier to minimize the time required for communication and to maximize the time for systematic efforts in studies and for overall personality development. Numerous other facilities such as expert lectures, Community Outreach Initiatives, subject or career orientation, publications of school and a strong support provided by the school to all aspirants who qualifies to participate in numerous inter-school activities planned throughout the country covering all the disciplines, Inter CBSE competitions, State Level and National Level Competitions will be certainly helpful to develop your child strong in all respect.

Turning Points

The year gone by had been glorious throughout. We have begun once again with new zeal and expectations for scaling higher standards keeping in mind our core beliefs i.e., our vision and mission to provide an overall healthy, vibrant and an environment conducive to learning.
