The academic program for the middle section is mainly
based on the National Curriculum Framework for School Education based on New
Education Policy 2020 and CBSE guidelines. The middle school of Chinar provides
a challenging and engaging curriculum in which every student develops into a
well-grounded young adult.

The highly qualified faculty members are
extremely well-versed in the modernist methodologies that form an integral
feature of education system. Their qualification, experience and
dedication enable them to mold the students into mature citizens equipped to
face the world with confidence and conviction.

Emphasis is laid on conceptual clarity rather
than on cramming the books. A well thought out homework policy keeps the
learners adequately engaged at home also.
CONTINUOUS
EVALUATION-MULTIPLE ASSESSMENT
It consists of diverse techniques to assess
students’ knowledge viz. observation, oral tests, class discussion, quiz,
individual or group work, class review
after the end of each chapter.
TERM
ASSESSMENT
Academic Year is divided into TWO TERMS :
TERM 1 : APRIL – SEPTEMBER
TERM 2 : OCTOBER – MARCH
Assessment and Progress review as per CBSE
norms.
REMEDIAL
LEARNING
Continuous assessment helps to identify the
learning gaps and a child centric remedial plan is followed for the required
subjects/areas.
PARENT
TEACHER MEETINGS
Regular parent-teacher meetings keep the parents
abreast with the progress of the students. Parents are encouraged to join the
efforts of teachers to make the whole exercise of learning a stress-free
experience.

TIME TABLE
8 period time table with 6 academics periods, 1 Sports period and 1 Co-curricular activity period is followed for the learners at this level to make the learning effective and enjoyable.
